Cantrell Gainco Announces Partnership with AICON X-rays
Cantrell Gainco, a Fortifi Company, becomes a full-service distributor of AICON X-ray equipment to the U.S. poultry industry. AICON X-ray provides foreign-material detection products for the food and beverage industry, including poultry processors, and reduces cost of ownership through durable designs. Cantrell Gainco designs and manufactures poultry processing equipment as part of the Fortifi Food Processing Solutions unified platform of leading global brands.

For example, the AICON SCAN XR-500 Poultry machine can combine imaging technology and weight classification for additional quality assurance during raw-product inspection in individual and bulk packaging. A full range of end-of-line machines covers belt widths from 300-1200 mm. The AICON X-Ray Poultry features AISoft and Aicon Photon Counting Technology™ (PCT) technology and integrates with Cantrell Gainco’s live data tracking software to offer capabilities beyond those of other technologies.
